Chakra Hypnotherapy: A Safe and Natural Way for Wellness

Are you afraid that you will say or act out something that you do not want to do? Well…while stage hypnosis is entertaining and funny to watch, hypnotherapy is actually a legitimate practice that can help someone with a variety of emotional and physical problems, such as for anxiety, depression, pain management, and self-esteem. Hypnosis is a powerful healing technique that works at the subconscious level where you are guided into: a heightened state of attention, high suggestibility, and increased awareness and capacity to go beyond any limiting beliefs.  Almost anyone can be hypnotized, and do not worry, you are in total control the entire time. You may even be engaged in conversations with the hypnotherapist or experience vivid imagery in your mind that will heighten all your senses. Further, you will not do anything that you would not normally do.

So how can hypnotherapy be used to balance the chakra system?

1. Foremost, using this method is a safe and natural way to improve your overall well-being, physical and mental health, and spiritual growth.

2. Through the subconscious mind, it opens your aura and allows for balance, cleansing, alignment of the chakras, and releasing of negative energy that interferes with the chakra system.

3. In the article, Chakra Hypnosis from the newsletter Hypno-Gram written by Marcel Klasen, BCH, CI,  he explains that during the “hypnotic trance the human mind has the capacity to perceive vibrational frequencies that go far beyond our conscious three dimensional awareness…Working in a person’s Chakra System with specific suggestions at a level of high vibrational frequencies, super accelerates healing and positive change.”

4. Allows the mind and body to work together in the healing process. It is a self-healing approach as it comes from your own motivation to activate positive change and the suggestions are a gentle way to release any toxins in the body to help align the chakras.
