In today’s 5 minute lesson, I give you tips on how to use sound healing to resonate your chakra centers to heal a certain area of your life. I used (3) crystal singing bowls + rainstick + wind chimes with Rose Quartz crystal. Here are some benefits to use these instruments…

A#-for the pituitary gland, aka ‘Seat of the Soul.’ It is the link between our eternal soul and our incarnated self. It houses the memory of the soul contracts. Helps to activate our soul’s purpose. This chakra reminds us of our karmic lessons and how we grow from those lessons.

E-for the solar plexus chakra located midway between the end of the breastbone and the navel. Your solar plexus is associated with helping your self-esteem. When unbalanced you may show signs of needing power and ego driven.

F note-associated with the heart chakra and the color green. Brings about compassion and love. Heals the heart and and increases the love nature. Corresponds to communication.

Rainstick-the rainstick has historically been associated with indigenous tribes who used it as a ritual to evoke the rain gods when climates were dry. I am called to use as a symbol to clear our energy system. I imagine the sounds is breaking up blocks and toxics stuck in the physical body. However, let your inner guidance create the experience for you and see what transformation can happen for you.

To help set my intention for today’s meditation, I used the Soul’s Journey cards by James Van Praagh to guide me for what we need to hear this week. I pulled, Regret, I know that I cannot change the past. When we are on our Soul’s journey, we don’t need to pay attention to past, present, or future. There’s a sense of weakness if we are not keeping up with everyone. But, we don’t need to get trapped in the ego. We live today in how regret shapes us who we are today.

Regret is a low vibration. 

Allow today’s meditation to help you align with your Soul’s journey about growing and maturing as an intuitive understanding of owning your inner courage to help you get to what you want out of life.  
What do you imagine your life to be like if you were not be motivated by regret? Can you sense that raising your vibrational frequency would attract more of what you want?
Set aside 10 minutes once a week to journal your responses to this weeks meditation and the inner journey questions. Notice what shows up for you.
Use all your senses (sound, touch, taste, sight, intuition, smell) to help bring about that frequency of . See how that changes your day, the next day, and after that.
Begin to visualize or imagine where you want to go during your sacred sound meditation. Take a deep breath, and sense how you can use today’s sound healing to give you permission to trust and have faith that everything will work out if you put the energy of regret into healing. During your meditation, your senses will be heightened and you may see colors, shapes, sounds, images, feelings, memories, and unconscious experiences that will be brought to your consciousness.


1. Listen to a mp3 meditation with earphones for optimum benefits.
2. Get in a comfortable position.
3. Set your intention.
4. Three to five deep, slow breathes to relax the body.
5. Unplug and honor this time ONLY for YOU.
6. And Tune Up.
