To help set my intention for today’s meditation, I used the Soul’s Journey cards by James Van Praagh to guide me for what we need to hear this week. I pulled, Adversity, I accept that challenges are the best way to learn. Use today’s sound healing to connect to your badassness! Don’t get boggled down by your troubles. Treat them as sychronicities of profound insight. This adverse situation is pulling you vibrationally into another direction that you would have never thought of before. So go for it. See what happens!

Adversity is a high vibration of change if you can accept that it’s apart of your transformation.

Allow today’s meditation to help you align with your Soul’s journey to accept that adversity is about change and transformation. Can you let that in? 

What do you imagine your life to be like if you practiced using compassion and forgiveness in times of adversity? What would be the difference in outcome? How can adversity be a twist of attracting more of what you want?
Set aside 10 minutes once a week to journal your responses to this weeks meditation and the inner journey questions. Notice what shows up for you.
Use all your senses (sound, touch, taste, sight, intuition, smell) to help bring about that frequency of Adversity. See how that changes your day, the next day, and after that.
Begin to visualize or imagine where you want to go during your sacred sound meditation. Take a deep breath, and sense how you can use today’s sound healing to bring more understanding, compassion, and change. During your meditation, your senses will be heightened and you may see colors, shapes, sounds, images, feelings, memories, and unconscious experiences that will be brought to your consciousness.


1. Listen to a mp3 meditation with earphones for optimum benefits.
2. Get in a comfortable position.
3. Set your intention.
4. Three to five deep, slow breathes to relax the body.
5. Unplug and honor this time ONLY for YOU.
6. And Tune Up.
