In today’s 3 minute lesson, I give you tips on how to use sound healing to resonate your chakra centers to heal a certain area of your life. We are focusing on the Solar Plexus Chakra.

I used (1) Crystal singing bowl + Rainstick + Tingshas 

Here are some benefits to the instruments…

E note-for the solar plexus chakra located midway between the end of the breastbone and the navel. Your solar plexus is associated with helping your self-esteem. When unbalanced you may show signs of needing power, ego driven (unhealthy side), fears, anxiety, or anger.
Rainstick-the rainstick has historically been associated with indigenous tribes who used it as a ritual to evoke the rain gods when climates were dry. I am called to use as a symbol to clear our energy system. I imagine the sounds is breaking up blocks and toxics stuck in the physical body. However, let your inner guidance create the experience for you and see what transformation can happen for you.

TODAY’S MESSAGE

To help create sacred wisdom and intention for today’s meditation, I used the Soul’s Journey cards by James Van Praagh to guide me on what we need to hear this week. I pulled, Denial-I acknowledge my fear but I replace it with the insight of awareness.

Denial is a low vibration, but the meaning behind this card is packed with high vibes! Denial and fear are just signs that you are trying to protect yourself, but because this is a low frequency, it drains your energy and you lose clarity. Instead, use your imagination to feed your awareness and listen within so you know how to take control of your feelings. How often do you practice self-awareness when it comes to fear? What practice can you set in motion to transmit this fear?

Allow today’s meditation to help you increase your inner strength and wisdom to build your confidence and patience to help you manage your fears so that you can stay present or grounded.

Inner Wisdom Can Improve Your Mood

It’s true. I’ve done this practice over and over and I continue to deepen my understanding of who I am, why I was born, and what choices I can make to feel good about myself. While I know it’s not easy, and trust me, I’ve been on this journey my whole life trying to heal myself and to love myself. And while it’s not an easy task to take, the reward is much greater then the sickening feeling of feeling lost, stressed, and alone.
When I decided to enroll in the “School of Life” (that’s what I call it), I made a commitment to keep moving forward in my soul’s journey even when things go to shit. Because there are plenty of fun and peaceful moments that I think, “I’m so glad to be alive!” A while back, I created a guidebook on how to master your intuition and raise your vibrational level that I’d love to share with you.

Worry is a low vibration and this card is a reminder that we are actually in more control of our lives then we think.

Allow today’s meditation to help you free yourself from things you have no control over. Everything is in divine order. There can be a level of trust that you create inside yourself when you accept that worrying does not have magical powers to change an outcome.

Allow today’s meditation to help you get grounded so that you can release or understand what the guilt feelings are for so that you can move on, and connect more deeply with your inner wisdom.

If you’d like to add some crystals to today’s meditation: use smokey quartz, opal, lapis lazuli, garnet, or sodalite. These crystals are associated with the Root and Third Eye Chakras. These crystals can help to raise your vibrational level.
